About Us
I established BG Realty Services in 2006 as a residential boutique brokerage in Long Branch, New Jersey. Since that time, we have grown into a multi-location commercial brokerage and advisory firm with a strong presence in New York, New Jersey and Florida. I personally bring nearly 50 years of real estate, construction, finance, and management experience to my leadership role at BG Realty.
Our team provides traditional real estate brokerage services to our clients for the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate assets in all classes of commercial real estate. Through our affiliations and industry alliances, we are uniquely positioned to offer access to many off-market opportunities for the acquisition of real estate assets and development projects, oftentimes not available to other brokers or principals.
